Heutink, headquartered in Nijverdal, Netherland, was founded in 1911 and is the Dutch market leader in learning materials and learning spaces for educators. Through its subsidiaries and well known brands like Educo and Nienhuis Montessori, the company offers a comprehensive range of educational tools and resources to the domestic market as well as internationally with sales in over 80 countries.

Panduro, headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, was founded when members of the Panduro family began manufacturing souvenirs and jewelry in post-war Denmark. The business expanded and began selling hobby materials to the public sector. In 1955 the first store was opened in Copenhagen, Denmark.
